I am a general contractor highly experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential projects.  These are just a few of the projects I have worked on:

   • 1.5M Indiana Jones screening, and tenant improvements and retail areas at Downtown Disney & Disneyland.
   • Remodeled exit of Space Mountain Rid at Disneyland valued at $2.5M
   • Worked as a construction Project Manager in which clients included Arden Reality, CB Richards Ellis, Legacy Partners and Trammel Crow Co. at Baxter Healthcare.  Positions duties included supervision of all phases of tenant improvements, from initial customer contact to final customer satisfaction.
   • Worked as a Maintenance Supervisor in which job duties included supervision of personnel on 4 apartment communities, over 700 units in Irvine.  Managed air conditioning troubleshooting, refrigerant recovering, system charging, compressor, condenser and evaporator replacement. 
   • Several years experience as a Customer Service Tract Home Supervisor.
